Product Designer
I redesigned the web tool remote operators used to watch about fifty properties each, with under two minutes to act on every event. It puts each building's rules in front of the operator at the moment of decision.

In seven days, we built a zero-commission delivery platform so restaurants could keep selling through the pandemic, then grew it to about 500 restaurants across 16 states within a month.

Get close to the work. I talk with users, sales, customer success and leadership, review product and business data, and look for the constraints and workarounds that reveal the real problem.

Turn evidence into a point of view. I frame the outcome, surface assumptions and tradeoffs, and give product, design, and engineering a decision they can challenge together.

Make
Make the decision tangible. I prototype or build enough to learn, help the team ship in small slices, measure what changed, and feed that evidence into the next cycle.
